-Termination of the Agreement as a result of violation of the Agreement by the Student during the first week of the term will require payment of the full housebill on a daily pro-rated basis, for the number of actual days of occupancy. Any amount paid in excess of the pro-rated amount due will be refunded to the Student. Following the first academic week, no refunds will be made.

-If accomodations for the Student are terminated by the Fraternity, acting under the auspices of the Chi Psi Constitution, at any point during the academic term, the amounts due will be adjusted proportionally to the date of termination. Any amount paid in excess of the pro-rated amount due will be refunded to the Student.

-If accomodations for the Student should be destroyed, the Student's right to room and board and the use of the Lodge will be terminated, and the amount due will be adjusted proportionally to the date of termination. Any amount paid in excess of the pro-rated amount due will be refunded to the student.
